Mental Welfare Commission

The Mental Welfare Commission for Scotland can investigate and advise people in relation to welfare guardianship and welfare powers of attorney.

The Commission contacts and sometimes visits welfare guardians and people on welfare guardianship orders. It can investigate concerns and provides guides for carers, service users and professionals.
