Mind’s How can I look after myself? can give you help with keeping well.

Breathing Space can offer individual support and advice if you need someone to talk to. Phone 0800 83 85 87:

  • weekdays, Monday to Thursday, 6pm to 2am
  • weekends, Friday 6pm to Monday 6am

NHS 24 is Scotland’s national telehealth and telecare organisation. Phone them free on 111 if you’re ill and it can’t wait until your regular NHS service reopens.
