There are various sources of trustworthy health information and support which are free to access, via websites or phone helplines.

NHS 24 is Scotland's national telehealth and telecare organisation.

Phone NHS 24 free on 111 at any time if you're ill and it can't wait until your regular NHS service reopens.

NHS inform provides a co-ordinated, single source of quality assured health and care information. Phone the NHS inform helpline for further information on illnesses and health conditions, NHS services and other support services available in your area.

Living Life is a free telephone service available to anyone over the age of 16 who's suffering from low mood, mild to moderate depression and/or anxiety.

Phone Living Life's confidential phone line on 0800 328 9655, Monday to Friday, 1pm to 9pm.

Breathing Space has experienced advisers to listen and offer information and advice if your thoughts and feelings are overwhelming you.

Phone Breathing Space on 0800 83 85 87  24 hours at weekends (Friday 6pm to Monday 6am) and Monday to Thursday 6pm to 2am.
