The Scottish Government funds free advocacy, advice and support services called Support in The Right Direction. This can help you navigate getting the right social care support for you.

Citizens Advice Scotland can give advice on care and support assessments or complaints.

Age Scotland gives older people access to information and advice. Call 0800 12 44 222.

The Scottish Independent Advocacy Alliance makes sure independent advocacy is available to people needing support.

If you are a disabled person aged 16 to 25 you could be eligible for up to £4,000 in funding, for 1 year, from the Independent Living Fund Scotland Transition Fund. The fund supports you trying out new experiences.
